Is a 650-Watt Power Supply Enough for My Build?

I'm planning a PC build with a 7800 XT graphics card and a Ryzen 5 5600X processor, primarily for gaming at 1080p on ultra settings. Do you think a 650-watt power supply will be sufficient for this setup?

Yeah, a 650-watt PSU should work, but it's cutting it a bit close. If you're looking to buy new, I'd suggest going for 850 watts just to be safe.

Definitely enough! Just make sure your PSU is decent grade. Even at peak performance, your system won’t likely go over 500 watts, so 650 watts gives you plenty of extra capacity.

You'll be fine with 650 watts as long as you have a high-quality power supply. Under heavy load, that setup is likely to draw around 450 watts, possibly 500, so you’ve got some headroom there.
