Hey folks! I'm trying to figure out if a Corsair 650W power supply will be enough for my AMD Radeon RX 7700XT. The PSU outputs 52A at 12V, while the card needs around 54A. My setup includes a Ryzen 5 5600, an NVMe SSD, a SATA drive, two RAM sticks, air cooling, and four case fans. The typical power consumption for the board is about 245W, and the PSU recommendation for the GPU is at least 700W. Any thoughts on whether I'll be okay with the 650W?

The Ryzen 5600 is quite efficient, and techpowerup mentions that a 550W PSU would typically suffice for the 7700XT. They even suggest a 700W PSU for setups with a Ryzen 9 7950X, which has a much higher TDP. Considering your CPU's lower power needs, you’re likely safe with a lower wattage for stability during power spikes.
