I'm building a PC using a Ryzen 7 7700X paired with a 9060 XT with 16GB of VRAM. My other components include a Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX motherboard, 32GB of DDR5 RAM, a Corsair Link Titan 360 RX RGB AIO cooler, and an NZXT H6 Flow case. I'll primarily be gaming at 1440p, mainly playing titles like Arc Raiders with FSR enabled and modded Minecraft through CurseForge. Do you think a 750W power supply will be enough for this setup?

Definitely, a 750W power supply should handle that configuration without any issues.
Just to give you some numbers: the Ryzen 7 7700X has a power draw of around 142W, and the 9060 XT pulls about 170W at stock. So even under max load, you'd only be using about 312W, which leaves plenty of room for everything else.
You could probably run that setup on a good quality 550W power supply. But since you have a 750W PSU, you should be fine. Which brand and model of the 750W PSU are you using?
