Can this CPU manage to maintain around 240fps during endgame situations without significant performance drops?

The RTX 5070 should be perfectly fine for low graphics at 1080p. The CPU, however, could be a limiting factor. Are you building this PC yourself, or is it pre-built? If you notice performance issues, consider upgrading to something like the 7600X3D down the line. For streaming while gaming, you might want to check out a 7900X3D for better performance.
