Is Anyone Else Having Trouble Sending Messages on Teams?

I've been experiencing issues with Microsoft Teams where we can no longer send internal messages. We're seeing an error that says "This message was blocked due to organization policy," but nothing has changed in our tenant setup. Has anyone else faced this problem?

I didn't run into this problem, but it can sometimes happen if policies were updated. Maybe double-check if your team settings have changed recently?
