The RX 9060 XT 16GB would generally offer more graphics memory and better long-term flexibility than the RTX 5060 8GB, but the price difference matters. With your budget, the RTX 5060 may be the more practical choice if choosing the larger GPU would force you to cut corners elsewhere. Either way, use the DDR5-6000 kit if you can afford the extra $20.
The Corsair kit is the better buy at those prices. The real-world gaming difference probably won’t be huge, especially with a midrange graphics card, but $20 for faster memory is reasonable. If possible, consider 32GB instead of 16GB, since newer games can benefit from the extra capacity.
