I'm looking to buy a GPU from Best Buy Canada, but I noticed it's being sold by a third-party seller named Hyper Mega Electronics. I'm a bit wary and want to know if they're a legitimate seller or if I might end up getting scammed. Any insights would be appreciated!

Hyper Mega Electronics is legit! I've bought a 9070 and an XT from them before, and their return policy is solid. Sure, they might mark up prices a bit, but what seller doesn’t? I had a good experience with them.

If you find the price below CAD 700, it seems fair, but I'd suggest waiting a little. The latest generation stock drops are happening, so you could snag a better deal soon.
