I'm currently running an i7-9700K with an MSI 2070 Super (8GB) and 64GB of DDR4-3600 RAM. I'm contemplating whether I should just upgrade my GPU to a 5070 or if it's time to consider building a whole new PC instead. My 750W power supply should support an upgrade, but I'm unsure of the best route to take.

If you decide to go for the 5070, just keep in mind that it would pair nicely with a newer i7 like the 12700K or 13600K. But if you're planning to stick with your i7-9700K, you might hit a bit of a bottleneck, especially in modern games at higher resolutions.
True, but would that bottleneck be noticeable? Like, would I deal with stuttering or anything when gaming?
