Hey everyone! I'm looking for some honest insights. I've got 2 years of experience working at HCLTech and I'm thinking about changing companies to get into a DevOps role. Do you think it's realistic for someone with my experience to make the switch, or should I hold off for a bit longer?

It really varies by the role. In my previous DevOps job, I was managing over 20 Jenkins pipelines and intricate Linux setups—swapping to that role was tough. Now, I'm in a simpler DevOps position that focuses on just one Jenkins pipeline. So, it really depends on what the company is looking for.
