Is it normal for my AppData folder to take up 77GB on Windows 10?

I've noticed that my AppData folder is taking up an unusually large amount of storage space—77GB! I've been using my PC for about 3-4 years, and I'm trying to figure out if this is normal. What could be causing such a large size, and how can I check what's using up all that space?

It really depends on what programs you're using. If you've got games that use mods or software for video editing, like Adobe Premiere, that can definitely pile up the data in AppData. Have you checked if you're using any caching features from those programs?

I've mostly played video games, but I rarely use mods. I just remember using Premiere a few times to splice videos for presentations. I'm not sure what to look for in AppData to find what's taking up so much space.
