Is it okay for my AIO hoses to touch the 12VHPWR connector?

I just finished building my new PC and it's my first time using a GPU connector and a liquid cooler. I've heard that the 12V2x6 cable should be kept straight and not in contact with anything. Unfortunately, I couldn't route my hoses any other way, so I'm wondering if that's a problem.

Additionally, I'm using a vertical mount kit for the first time, but the anti-sag piece with rubber padding isn't touching the GPU. I tried to add more support, but it made the GPU's PCIe connection loose, causing it not to work.

Here are the parts I've used:
- CPU: 9850x3d
- GPU: ASUS Prime 5080
- Motherboard: B850 MLG Edition
- Cooler: MSI MAG CoreLiquid I360
- PSU: RM1000x
- Case: Lian Li O11 Evo XL
- Vertical mount kit: Lian Li VG4V4

It's actually not a big deal! The main concern is that the plastic connector on the 12V line should be straight and not touching anything, which helps ensure a solid connection with the GPU pins. As long as that part is secure, you should be okay.

Thanks! I was worried because of those stories about melting connectors, but everything feels solid.

Honestly, everything looks good to me. You're on the right track with your setup!

What really matters is that the connector itself stays straight and isn't under any tension. Cables can bend, so don’t be too worried about that.

Got it! Do you think the way I've connected it might bend the connector? I'm just hesitant to mess with it too much.
