I used to program a basic Tycoon game in Godot on my computer until it got a virus that seems to have made it unusable. I want to know if there's a way to start making a similar game on my phone. I previously created models in Blender and would like to do something alike on mobile, but I'm unsure which tools are available for this.

You might want to check out Sketchware. It's primarily designed for mobile apps, but you can use it to create 2D games too. Just keep in mind that for 3D games, options might be pretty limited on mobile platforms.
If your computer keeps having issues, maybe consider doing a complete wipe and factory reset? You might be able to get it working again that way.
I've tried that, but I'm still stuck with a blue screen. Nothing seems to work, even the recovery options.
