Is it safe to enable EXPO for my RAM?

Hey everyone! I recently put together my first PC build, and I'm still sorting out some of the software side of things, like installing Windows and updating the BIOS. While buying a USB stick, I chatted with a PC repair guy who warned me that overclocking my RAM might ruin my PC. I'm curious if I should just leave things as they are or if enabling EXPO would be a good idea. I have an AMD 9800X3D CPU and 32GB of Corsair Vengeance RAM running at 6000MHz. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated!

Enable EXPO, but if your system doesn’t boot up afterward, just turn it off. EXPO is a preset overclock that’s designed to be safe for your setup!

Yeah, he probably meant not to try overclocking manually, which is different from EXPO since EXPO uses preset configurations.

You should definitely enable EXPO. It's perfectly fine! That repair guy sounds like one of those who charge silly amounts for fixes that aren't even needed.
