Hey everyone! I'm new to the world of PC building and I'm wondering if I should be worried about taking out parts like the GPU, storage drives, RAM sticks, and CPU, and then putting them back in. I'm hesitant because I don't want to mess anything up or lose any of my data. Lately, I've been trying to upgrade my storage, but my GPU is blocking some components. Is it really safe to unscrew it, or could that cause issues with my system?

You should be fine! Just take a moment to snap a picture of where the cables are connected before you start removing anything. That way, if you accidentally unplug something, you'll know exactly how to put it back together.
When you’re removing the GPU, don’t just unscrew it; make sure to press down on the retention tab. A lot of people accidentally forget that step and end up damaging the connection.

Thanks for pointing that out! I've noticed that in videos before, but no one really explains it!
