Is Kubernetes Still Worth Learning for Beginners?

I've been diving into the MERN stack for over a year now, and recently started picking up Docker. A colleague suggested I explore Kubernetes, so I did quite a bit of research. Surprisingly, I've been really interested in the networking aspects and even read my first programming book—something I never did while learning MERN. But now, I'm wondering: have I invested my time wisely? My backend skills feel weak, and I wonder if it's worth it to learn Kubernetes when there seem to be limited job opportunities for beginners in my area. Am I on the right track with this?
