Has anyone tried using Lumos VPN? It claims to offer 'private sessions' for web browsing, and I'm wondering if that means my browsing history would be hidden from Google as well. Is it similar to incognito mode, where all my activity is erased afterwards?

I wouldn't recommend Lumos. It's better to stick with trusted VPNs like ProtonVPN. When using a lesser-known service, you might be giving them access to all your data, which is risky!
Most mainstream VPNs assure they don’t keep logs, especially if they’ve been audited. But remember, using a VPN by itself won't hide your activity from the sites you visit. If you're logged into an account, your activities are still tracked by them. Even in incognito mode, they'll still log your visits for AI and ads.
