I'm having major issues with Microsoft 365 in Canada. I can't log in at all, and it says my username isn't found. A friend of mine from another company tried logging in with their enterprise account too, and it didn't work for them either. I can't access the Microsoft 365 admin center because it keeps saying my username is incorrect, yet the Microsoft status page shows everything is fine. The customer service line is just a robot that doesn't help. I'm just looking for some confirmation that others are facing the same issues and maybe some empathy here!

I’m logged in and using the admin panel without issues on my end. But I’m based in Canada, so I’m not sure if it’s a widespread problem or just impacting certain accounts.
Sounds like they might have pushed out some buggy code. This has happened before when they roll out updates. Just hang in there!
