Hey everyone, I've got a situation here. One of my clients set up a Microsoft Business account with a single email but lost access to the Authenticator app. I submitted a ticket nearly two weeks ago to get Microsoft to reset the MFA so we can regain access to the account, but I haven't heard anything back yet. I checked today, and the support site was down with an 'Oops!' message, while the phone bot kept hanging up on me after giving nonsensical responses. I remember in the past, we would resolve these issues much quicker—now it feels like they've really dropped the ball. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it just the result of management pushing AI without real understanding, or am I just being unreasonable by expecting quicker support?

Yeah, this seems pretty common these days. I’ve run into similar problems with Microsoft support lately. Their response times are just ridiculous now! Issues that used to get fixed within a few days can drag on for weeks or even months. It’s frustrating for sure.
Honestly, I think it's a mix of both. They may have support, but it feels like incompetence has taken over. I wouldn't be surprised if they’re just overwhelmed and mismanaged. Hang in there, you might need to keep nudging them.
I’m with you on this! The support system seems broken. I think a lot of businesses are feeling the crunch, especially with the push for AI, which isn’t helping their actual service quality. It’s disheartening.
