I'm trying to access Forms at forms.microsoft.com, but I'm getting an error message and can't seem to get in. Is anyone else experiencing this? I've heard from some folks in Europe who are having trouble too. Would love to hear if this is a wider problem and if anyone has found a workaround.

Yeah, I'm with you on this one. I’m in Belgium and having the same trouble. It seems like the issue is specific to some users in Europe trying to access Microsoft Forms. There's an alert on the O365 admin dashboard about it, so it’s not just you! Hopefully, they’ll resolve it soon.
Same problem here in France. I just kept refreshing and eventually got in, but the service is still not fully functional. Super frustrating since I rely on it for work!
I also had an issue in the Netherlands. I could finally get to the main Forms page after refreshing a bunch of times, but it showed that all my surveys were gone! I found out that if I connected my VPN to the US, everything worked fine. Have you tried that?
I’m in Germany and can confirm it's down here too. It seems like only Europe is affected right now. The M365 health center says the Forms service is healthy, but that’s not the case based on what users are reporting!
I'm in the UK and it seems to be working fine for me. It's weird how it's mostly affecting users in Europe. Have you tried refreshing the page multiple times? Sometimes that helps!
