Is My 500W PSU Enough for an i7 10700F and RTX 5060 Ti?

I'm currently using an i7 10700F processor and planning to upgrade to an RTX 5060 Ti. My existing power supply unit (PSU) is 500W. I'm concerned about whether this will be sufficient for my setup, especially since it may draw a maximum of around 420W under load. Should I consider upgrading my PSU or is 500W enough?

Thanks for all the help, everyone! I think I'm going to upgrade my PSU just to be on the safe side,

If you've tweaked your i7 10700F to limit its draw to 65W, you might be safe. But remember, it can pull significantly more if not configured to that limit. A lot depends on your motherboard and how it handles power.

That's a great point! Definitely check BIOS settings to see where you're at.

Yeah, ensure your board can handle the CPU's full potential without issue.
