Is My 7-Zip Installation Safe?

I'm in the process of installing 7-Zip and I've noticed that both installation files I have trigger a warning from Windows Defender. I'm unsure whether either of the installations is the correct one or if they are safe to use. Can anyone help?

Make sure you're downloading the installer directly from 7Zip.org. If you're getting a warning, check if it's Windows Defender or just a UAC (User Account Control) prompt. If it's UAC, that's pretty normal. I've seen 7-Zip flagged by some antivirus programs before, but if you're downloading from the official site, it's generally safe.
