I have some ICUE fans installed in my case that come with a temperature sensor. The temperature inside my case ranges from 22°C to 26°C, which keeps my fans running at about 700 RPM. The fans connected to my cooler usually run at around 900 RPM. My CPU temperature is about 52°C to 56°C when idle, while the coolant temperature is reported at 28°C to 32°C. Is this CPU temperature normal for idle situations? When I play games, the fan speed increases to around 1200 to 1500 RPM, and my CPU temperature rises to about 65°C to 72°C. Should I consider setting up custom fan curves for better cooling?

Everything sounds normal to me! Your CPU temperatures at idle are within a reasonable range. Most CPUs can handle temperatures in the 50s under light loads. If you're concerned about fan noise, setting up a custom fan curve might help, but it doesn't seem like it's necessary for cooling purposes.
