I recently built a new PC, and everything seemed fine until I started playing Red Dead Redemption 2. The moment I begin playing, I hear a loud noise coming from inside the PC that I suspect is coming from my GPU (an RX 9070 XT). The noise disappears when I pause the game, and oddly, it seems to change pitch when I press keys on my keyboard. My PC temperatures are around 45 degrees while gaming. Could this be coil whine, or is it something more concerning? Also, what can I do to fix this?

Yeah, sounds like coil whine to me. Almost every GPU has some level of coil whine, but it varies in loudness. If it's bothering you, consider returning the card and trying another one.

Should I reach out to Radeon? I don’t mind noise too much, but if it's affecting performance, I’m definitely worried!
