Hey everyone! I recently remade my portfolio after getting laid off from my job, making it inspired by Netflix. Since I primarily focus on backend and DevOps, I thought this could really showcase my creativity and skills. However, a friend of mine, who's a recruiter, mentioned that it might be over-engineered and that recruiters usually prefer something simple and straightforward for easy access to my skills. I'm torn here—should I stick with my unique design or switch it up again to something more conventional? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
