Is My PC Build Good for Gaming?

I'm looking to upgrade my PC mainly for playing Rust since I currently get only 40-50fps with my setup. I'm not very knowledgeable about hardware, but I've decided to keep my 4060Ti 16GB GPU, which I got at a bargain price. I'm thinking of building around the Ryzen 7 9800X3D as it's said to be one of the best CPUs for Rust. My budget is about 1000-1250 euros. I have put together a build with some help, and I'm looking for feedback on it before I make any purchases. If anyone has suggestions for better or cheaper alternatives, I'd really appreciate it!

Make sure you consider a higher wattage PSU if you're thinking of upgrading your GPU in the future. With a powerful CPU like the Ryzen 7 9800X3D, you'll want a robust power supply that can handle a stronger GPU later on.

First off, sharing your exact build link would help for more tailored suggestions. But from what I’ve seen, I recommend switching your cooler to the Thermalright Phantom Spirit—great performance for the price! Also, keep in mind that the RTX 40 series is out of production, so it might be tough finding your GPU at a reasonable price. It's not ideal to pair a high-end CPU with a mid-tier GPU like the 4060Ti. Make sure you're okay with that combo; it’s essential to find the right balance.
