Is My PC Build Solid or Should I Make Changes?

I'm getting ready to assemble my first PC and I'd love some feedback on my parts list. Here's what I've got so far:
- AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 4.7 GHz 8-Core Processor
- ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 360 A-RGB Liquid CPU Cooler
- MSI MAG B850 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI ATX AM5 Motherboard
- G.Skill Trident Z5 Royal Neo RGB 64 GB (2 x 32 GB) DDR5-6000 CL26 Memory
- Samsung 990 Pro 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive
- Seagate IronWolf Pro NAS 12 TB 3.5" 7200 RPM Internal Hard Drive
- Fractal Design North XL ATX Full Tower Case
- Corsair RM1000x (2024) 1000 W Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
I also have a 5070 Ti and Windows Pro ready to go. Just to note, I'll be using only one of the HDDs. Are there any parts that you'd recommend switching out for something better or cheaper? Thanks!

I'd suggest swapping the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III with the Liquid Freezer III Pro 360. It’s quite similar but offers better fans and is usually around $50 cheaper. Check it out!

Your build looks pretty solid! Just out of curiosity, what monitor are you using? It might help some folks give you tailored advice.
