I'm considering buying a Gigabyte RTX 5070 Ti because Newegg's eBay listing is about $1,300, which is cheaper than my local computer hardware store. Has anyone dealt with Newegg through eBay, and is the listing legitimate? I'm especially curious about customer service, returns, and how warranty claims work if something goes wrong.

Check the seller’s review history carefully, including recent reviews and feedback specifically mentioning graphics cards. A large number of reviews is reassuring, but it’s still worth confirming that the exact listing is sold by the official Newegg storefront and not a different third-party seller.
The marketplace’s buyer-protection and return process can help if the item never arrives, arrives damaged, or doesn’t match the listing. Before ordering, verify that returns are accepted, check whether return shipping is free, and save screenshots of the listing and invoice. A low price alone isn’t necessarily a red flag, but make sure the seller and return terms are clear.
