Is anyone else seeing severe performance problems with Power Apps and the Power Platform Admin Center this morning? Our apps are taking five to six minutes to open in the editor, and updating permissions in the admin center sometimes returns an internal server error. Azure Service Health is still showing everything as healthy. We're located in Canada East, and I'm trying to determine whether this is a broader service issue or something isolated to our tenant.

Our end users are experiencing major delays and intermittent errors when accessing Power Platform. An on-premises orchestration server that synchronizes data in both directions is also reporting many failures. We’re in Canada East, so this may be affecting that region.
We’re seeing it in the US East and Southeast regions as well. If both the apps and admin center are slow while Azure still appears healthy, it may be a backend service problem rather than a tenant configuration issue. Capture correlation IDs and exact UTC timestamps from the errors, then open a support ticket since service-health dashboards can lag behind the actual impact.
Yes, we’re seeing the same kind of slowness and occasional unresponsiveness across the admin portals.
Interestingly, we’re in US East and haven’t noticed any issues yet. I was able to demonstrate a new app without problems, so the impact may be inconsistent by region or tenant.
