Is the 16 GB RX 9060XT at $400 a good deal, or should I consider a different GPU for my build?

I'm considering purchasing a 16 GB RX 9060XT for $400. I'm curious if this is a good price or if there are better options available that would suit my setup. Here's a link to my build for reference: [PCPartPicker List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/6rKGyW).

You can usually snag a 9060XT for around $350 to $380. Check out the link I found for one at $380: [XFX 9060XT](https://pcpartpicker.com/product/yny8TW/xfx-swift-oc-radeon-rx-9060-xt-16-gb-video-card-rx-96ts316w7). Also, I noticed that the Kingspec Gen 3 SSD is on the pricier side—there's a brand name Gen 4 SSD for just a few bucks more.

I managed to find a 9060XT for $390, but do you know if there are any cheaper 1TB SSDs from reputable brands? Performance doesn't have to be top-notch.
