I'm currently using a 4070 Ti paired with an i7 processor, and I recently bought a huge 49" 32:9 OLED ultrawide monitor. While I primarily play Warzone, I've been struggling to get decent frame rates even on low settings due to the high resolution of my monitor, hitting around 100 fps. I don't want to change my game's resolution because I don't like the black bars on the sides, and unfortunately, I can't return my monitor since I got it directly from Samsung. I've heard that the 9070 XT might offer better performance for my gaming needs. What do you all think?

If you're looking to boost your performance in COD Warzone, the 9070 XT could be a significant upgrade. AMD cards generally perform better than their Nvidia counterparts in Warzone, making the 9070 XT comparable to a 5080 for that specific game. So, I’d say it's worth considering!

By the way, have you checked out the new DLSS ultra performance mode? You might want to tweak the settings in the Nvidia app for 4k screens; it could really help with your current card!
