I'm close to building my first PC and I'm trying to keep storage costs under control. I found a Kingston NV3 1TB for €150 and a Samsung 990 EVO Plus 1TB for €210. I usually prefer the cheaper option, but I've heard some concerns about the NV3's reliability and want the drive to last several years until SSD prices become more reasonable. I don't feel comfortable buying a used SSD, so which of these two would be the better choice?

It may also be worth checking the price of the Western Digital SN7100 where you live. In this case, it costs about €230, so it’s only slightly more than the Samsung and could be another option to consider.
