I'm considering buying the P310 SSD as a boot drive because it's available at a great price. However, I've heard some concerns about its QLC format and lack of DRAM which might lead to quicker degradation and slower speeds over time. I'm weighing this option against the more expensive Samsung 990 EVO Plus. Any advice on whether the P310 is a reliable choice for a boot drive, or should I invest a bit more in the Samsung?

I've used the P310 as my boot drive for a while, and honestly, it worked just fine for me. Don’t sweat it too much unless you plan to write a ton of data all at once.
How much RAM are you rocking with that setup?
