I'm building a new PC and I've got most of the components figured out. I just need some advice on the GPU. Is the PowerColor Hellhound 7700XT a solid choice for 1440p gaming? I don't need the most powerful card out there; I'm mainly looking to play games like Apex Legends, Rival, and Ready or Not, along with a few other multiplayer games. Any insights would be appreciated! 🙂

You should be able to run games at native 1440p at around 60FPS without any issues. If you need a little extra performance, consider using FSR4 with OptiScaler for better results.
It's a solid choice for your needs. The 7700XT competes pretty well with other cards like the 9060XT, so I think you're good sticking with the 7700XT!
