I don't think the Ryzen 5700 is the best choice either. It's more like a laptop CPU, which is why it's capped at PCIe 3.0. Just keep in mind that the 8GB VRAM on the RTX 5060 might be limiting for some games. You could end up pulling textures from system RAM if you run out of VRAM, and that might lead to performance issues.
Your setup will technically work, but using the RTX 5060 with an older CPU like the 5700 is likely to hinder performance. I recommend checking out the 5600X or 5700X for better compatibility. Also, the PCIe 3.0 bandwidth will definitely restrict the RTX 5060's potential.
