I'm curious about the RX 9070's capabilities when it comes to resolution. Can this card handle 4K gaming, or is it better suited for something like 1440p? What have been your experiences with it?

1440p is great for now, but if you want 4K, you might use FSR to help out.
Long term, I’d say stick with 1440p for the best experience, 1080p could work in the long run, and 4K is more of a short-term goal if you're okay sacrificing some graphics quality.
You can pretty much use it for any resolution you want! It's versatile for various tasks.
I've got a 6750xt and it works well for 4K media and browsing, but I drop the resolution for gaming. The 9070 is likely similar, so it should do 4K in some games, but expect to lower it to 1440p or 1080p for others to maintain a good frame rate. 1440p60fps is definitely achievable though!
For gaming, I'd recommend aiming for 1440p with high frame rates. You could manage 4K for other uses like browsing or office work, but for gaming, 1440p is usually more satisfying.

Yeah, definitely the most reliable for gaming performance!
