I think only consider upgrading if you're into 4K gaming.
What’s driving your urge to upgrade? Honestly, I’d say it's better to wait for another generation or two, as the benefits might not be significant right now.
You can definitely hold onto your GPU for several more years without any issues.
I'd say it’s probably not worth it right now.
