Is there a good program to bulk move files from C drive to D drive?

I'm running low on space on my C drive, and I know the C drive is faster because it's an SSD compared to my D drive, which is an HDD. I have a lot of unused files, so I'm looking for a way to move whatever I can from C to D without having to do it all manually. What can I move and is there a program that can help me move and organize these files automatically?
