Is there a way to connect HDMI or DisplayPort to DVI for 144Hz?

I accidentally bought a monitor that only supports 144Hz through its DVI port, but my graphics card, a Zotac Gaming 1660 Ti, doesn't have a DVI port. I've tried HDMI to DVI and DisplayPort to DVI converters, but they only manage to output 1080p at 60Hz. Is there any cable or converter that can help me achieve 144Hz?

You need a dual link DVI adapter to achieve 144Hz, as that's the only way DVI can manage that refresh rate. From what I remember, finding reliable adapters for this can be a bit tricky, so you might want to check some older threads online for recommendations.

Yeah, I looked into it a while back too, and an active converter was the only reliable solution I found, but it cost way more than the monitor itself!

Make sure to look for cables labeled 'DP to DVI 144' or 'HDMI to DVI 144.' The version of the DisplayPort/HDMI matters too. For instance, DisplayPort 1.2 can handle 1080p at 144Hz, while DP 1.4 can do 4K at 120Hz. Also, with HDMI 2.1, you can get 4K content at 144Hz! Check online shops for options.
