Is there a way to connect my laptop to my PC for work without unplugging everything?

Hey everyone! I'm working from home now and it's a hassle to unplug my monitors and peripherals from my PC every time I want to use my laptop for work. Is there a direct way to connect my laptop to my PC so I can run everything off the laptop without all the unplugging and switching? Any tips would be appreciated!
