I'm planning to use this PC primarily for Fortnite, Roblox, and Minecraft, with some AAA games occasionally. I'll be gaming at 1440p and want high FPS in the competitive and sandbox titles while still being able to play newer AAA games comfortably. Does this build make sense for that use case, or is there a CPU/GPU bottleneck? Would you change any components, and is the power supply adequate? I'm also wondering whether it can take advantage of a high-refresh-rate 1440p monitor. The CPU, memory, and motherboard are part of a Micro Center bundle, so I'm especially interested in recommendations for a balanced graphics card.

For the games you listed, this is definitely overkill, especially if most of your time is spent in Roblox, Minecraft, and Fortnite. You could spend substantially less and still get excellent high-refresh 1440p performance. That said, keeping the stronger parts gives you more headroom for demanding future games, so the decision mostly comes down to whether you value saving money now or having extra graphics performance later.
A system costing roughly half as much would already be more than enough for high FPS in those games, though a stronger GPU would provide more flexibility for demanding AAA releases.
