I'm planning a mostly black gaming PC setup in the United States with a budget of about $2,000, including the monitor and peripherals. The total currently comes out to roughly $2,200, though I'm hoping to reduce that through sales. Are there any obvious issues or better ways to balance the budget, especially for the CPU, GPU, memory, and storage?

The memory and SSD prices look unusually high. A 32GB DDR5-6000 CL30 kit is normally nowhere near $500, and a 1TB PCIe 3.0 NVMe drive should also cost much less than $147. Double-check those listings, because correcting those two prices could free up a lot of room in the budget. Also, 1440p 240Hz OLED monitors often go on sale around the $300–$350 range, so the display may be another place to save.
For a roughly $2,000 setup, the RX 9060 XT is a little weak if the monitor is included in that budget. It’s a reasonable card for a less expensive build, but a higher-end GPU would make better use of a 1440p 240Hz OLED panel. I’d prioritize the GPU by using a Micro Center bundle, cheaper RAM and storage, and a sale-priced monitor. A 7800X3D-class bundle paired with an RX 9070 XT would be a more balanced combination.
