I'm building a PC for the first time and would appreciate feedback on my parts list. I've done quite a bit of research, but I'm still not an expert and want to make sure the components work well together. I'm planning to buy the CPU, memory, and motherboard as a bundle for about $220 in savings, bringing the total cost to roughly $3,320. I also considered buying the G765 prebuilt, but I'd prefer building this system myself even though it costs more. The PC will be used for 4K gaming and a lot of video editing. Is this parts list well balanced, and are there any components I should reconsider?

This is a strong high-end build and should handle AAA games at 4K without trouble. I’m not very familiar with that particular motherboard, but nothing about the list immediately raises a major concern. Since you’re getting the CPU, memory, and board as a discounted bundle, it makes sense to use that combination if the features meet your needs.
If gaming were the only priority, I’d consider stepping down from the 9800X3D to a less expensive gaming-focused chip, since the real-world difference may not justify the extra cost. However, because you plan to do a lot of video editing, keeping the higher-end processor is more reasonable. I’d also compare the RTX 5080 with the RX 9070 XT based on the editing software you use, since GPU features and encoder support can matter as much as gaming performance. An 850W power supply should generally be sufficient for this class of system, assuming it’s a high-quality model with the proper connectors.
I’ll be doing a lot of video editing in addition to gaming, so the stronger processor and the GPU’s software and encoding support are important to me.
The bundle is the main reason I’m choosing that motherboard. The available bundle options are limited, and I’m not especially familiar with the board either.
