Is this a solid first gaming PC build for 1080p?

This would be my first PC build, and after waiting about a year and a half I finally got permission to put it together. I've planned out the parts in the linked build, but I already have an 8GB RX 580 that my uncle gave me along with a Dell Precision T1650. I know the graphics card is older, but I'm also borrowing around ยฃ300 for the RAM, so I'm trying to keep the rest of the build sensible. My main games will be Counter-Strike 2 at 1080p, modded Minecraft, and some Arma. Is this a good parts list, and what kind of performance should I expect?

The build should be reasonable for those games, especially since you already have an 8GB RX 580. If itโs a full-performance RX 580 rather than a cut-down model, you could expect roughly 1080p on high settings around 40 FPS or better in suitable games. A 4GB card would generally be better suited to medium settings at around 60 FPS, depending on the game.

MellowPine47: Mine is the 8GB version. What does โcut-downโ mean?
CrispWalnut3: A cut-down model uses fewer stream processors than the standard RX 580, so it performs more like a lower-tier card even if it has the same amount of VRAM. You can check the exact model or GPU-Z specifications to confirm.
