I'm in Poland and plan to buy this system now, but I won't be able to afford a dedicated graphics card for quite a while. The build is an AMD Ryzen 5 7600 BOX for 679 PLN, MSI PRO B840M-B mATX motherboard for 399 PLN, 32GB (2×16GB) DDR5-6000 CL30 for 1759 PLN, Lexar NM790 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD for 719 PLN, MSI MAG A750GL PCIe5 750W ATX 3.1 Gold PSU for 429 PLN, an Endorfy Arx 700 ARGB case for 349 PLN, and an Endorfy Fera 5 cooler for 105 PLN. The total is 4439 PLN without a GPU. I'll use the Ryzen's integrated graphics temporarily for Godot 4 development, multiplayer projects and GDScript, plus Blender. I'll add an RTX 5070/5070 Ti-class card later and use the machine for gaming then. I already have a monitor, keyboard and mouse. Is anything badly unbalanced or overpriced, and would you change any components? I'm also coming from a five-year-old laptop with a GTX 1650 Ti and 32GB RAM, so I'd appreciate advice that considers this as an upgrade. Finally, would 12GB of VRAM be limiting for Blender in a couple of years?

I’d compare the motherboard with an ASRock B650M-HDV/M.2 or another similarly priced B650 board. A stronger VRM and better storage expansion could make it a nicer long-term AM5 platform, especially if you later move to a higher-end CPU. The tradeoff is usually fewer rear USB ports, so check which connections you actually need.
The biggest red flag is the memory price. 1759 PLN for 32GB of DDR5 is extremely high, so check other retailers and aim for a normal DDR5-6000 CL30 kit. The SSD price also seems worth comparing. Saving money there would give you room for a better motherboard or future GPU. The 7600’s integrated graphics are fine for displaying the desktop and basic development, but gaming performance will be much worse than your laptop’s 1650 Ti until you buy a discrete card.
A 750W ATX 3.1 supply with a native 12V-2x6 cable is a reasonable match for a future card around the 300W range. If you end up choosing a particularly power-hungry card such as an RX 9070 XT, an 850W unit would provide more headroom, especially for transient spikes. Don’t choose the GPU based only on VRAM: 12GB is usable for Blender and gaming today, but large scenes, high-resolution textures and GPU rendering can make 16GB or more a safer long-term target.
The Ryzen 5 7600 is still a sensible choice, but if a Ryzen 5 9600X is genuinely close in price, it offers newer and faster CPU performance while remaining relatively easy to cool. For the cooler, compare the Fera 5 against inexpensive Thermalright models or a Peerless Assassin 120/SE; you may be able to get similar or better cooling for less.

The RX 9070 or 9070 XT may offer better value than the comparable Nvidia options depending on Polish pricing, but the XT makes the 750W decision less comfortable. Compare the complete GPU and PSU cost rather than just the card price.
