Is this gaming PC a good deal for 900€?

I'm considering buying this gaming PC setup for 900€:
- Ryzen 5 7600X
- B650MT motherboard
- 32GB ADATA PRO A RAM
- 512GB Samsung NVMe SSD
- RTX 3080 10GB graphics card
- 850W power supply
- An all-in-one cooler
I live in Montenegro, where prices are pretty crazy, and I found this offer through a friend. What do you think?

I think it's a bit pricey for what you're getting. The RTX 3080 is decent, but it's getting older, plus the NVMe SSD is on the smaller side. I'd suggest trying to negotiate the price down to about 750-800€. For that amount, you could get new parts from online stores in Germany, which might be a better deal overall.

Plus, I'd recommend looking at a 7500F CPU that maintains performance while keeping costs down. My setup has better efficiency and connectivity features, which might be worth considering.
