I'm close to finalizing this PC build and would appreciate a second opinion. The main decisions I'm still weighing are using a free all-in-one liquid cooler from an online retailer versus buying a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 140 Black air cooler. The AIO is manufactured in China and has poor reviews, so I'm unsure whether it's worth trusting just because it's being offered for free. I'm also deciding whether to spend about $260 on the NVMe SSD or choose a less expensive model without DRAM. Are there any obvious areas where I'm overspending or parts I should reconsider?

There may be some unnecessary spending in the parts list, but it’s hard to judge without knowing exactly what the computer will be used for. Gaming and everyday use usually don’t require the most expensive options across the board.
Cooler Master is an established manufacturer with a long history of making cases and coolers, so the brand itself isn’t automatically a red flag. That said, the specific AIO model still matters—check its reviews, warranty, pump reliability, and noise rather than assuming it’s good or bad based only on the brand or price.
Which parts do you think are costing more than necessary? I’d especially like to know whether the expensive NVMe drive and the cooler are worth keeping.
