I'm considering buying this PC for €150 and want to know if it's capable of casually playing games like Counter-Strike 2 or Rainbow Six Siege. What kind of FPS can I expect with these specs?

The i5 4440 is pretty outdated at 11 years old. It won't run Windows 11, but it can still manage Windows 10. You might struggle with CS2, although CSGO should run fine. Just remember, you'd really need 16GB of RAM for a decent experience. But even still, I wouldn't pay €150 for it.
Honestly, I'd say this PC isn't worth €150. If it's in good condition, maybe it should sell for around €25 at most.
