I'm planning a new PC for streaming to TikTok and Twitch at the same time while playing games on high settings. I'd like to run games at maximum settings when I'm not streaming, and I'm hoping the system will stay useful for several years. My current PC has a Ryzen 5 3600 and a GTX 1660 Super, which can handle some games while streaming, so this would be a major upgrade. I'm considering an Nvidia graphics card for NVENC encoding and would appreciate advice on whether the parts in my build are balanced or if there are better options.

The build should be more than capable for 1080p streaming, and it may even be powerful enough for comfortable 1440p gaming. Depending on the parts and price, it could be more performance than you strictly need for 1080p, but that gives you extra headroom for demanding games and future upgrades.
Using an Nvidia card with NVENC is a sensible choice for streaming. Modern NVENC quality is very good and takes much of the encoding workload off the CPU, so you don’t necessarily need an eight-core processor just for streaming. A Ryzen 7 7700 or 7800X3D could still be worth considering if you also want stronger gaming performance and extra multitasking headroom.
Can you include the exact parts and prices directly? The parts list link alone makes it difficult to judge value, especially for the memory and power supply. If the RAM is really around $200, check whether that price is unusually high; buying it through a local marketplace can sometimes make it much cheaper, but verify the kit and condition carefully.
The memory price I found was through Facebook Marketplace, so that explains why it’s lower than typical retail pricing.
That was my thinking too—I’m leaning toward Nvidia because NVENC seems like the better option than relying on CPU encoding, but I’m open to correction.
