Hi! I'm new to building PCs and would appreciate some advice before ordering these parts. I'm a 3D artist working with demanding software such as Maya, Substance Painter, and ZBrush, but I also want the system to handle modern games well. I've checked the parts for compatibility, but I'd like a second opinion on whether this build is balanced and powerful enough for my workload. I'm still deciding on the CPU cooler and would also appreciate recommendations. I'm based in the Czech Republic.

With a high-end RTX 5080 and Ryzen 9 processor, a 1000W power supply is a better choice than a lower-wattage unit. It gives the system more headroom for peak power draw and future upgrades, so the 1000W model you listed is a sensible option.
Pay close attention to the case airflow and included fans. The original case setup only included three 120 mm fans without PWM control, which may make it harder to manage temperatures and noise under heavy 3D workloads. The updated Cougar case may be a better fit, but check its fan layout and consider adding quality PWM-controlled intake and exhaust fans.
I’ve switched to the Cougar FV150 RGB Dual-Chamber and I’m also considering liquid cooling instead of a standard air cooler. I’ll check the airflow and fan options for the case.
