I'll also be adding Asiahorse Nyota fans and a cable cover. Am I missing anything, or is there room for improvement?

Be mindful about SSD performance. While sequential read/write speeds are often highlighted, they don’t tell the whole story. For example, the NV3 model generally uses QLC flash, which tends to have lower durability and can slow down over time. Consider options with TLC flash like the Patriot P320 or the WD Black SN7100 for better longevity.
I checked out your build, and it looks solid overall! I made a couple of changes to the case and SSD. The new case still has that cool fishtank aesthetic but comes with four Lian Li ARGB fans pre-installed, which should improve airflow. Plus, the SSD I picked is a better option than the one you originally chose. Everything else is looking great!
